Refund Policy

Operational service refunds depend on the work performed and third-party costs incurred.

Service Nature

GLOBALPACK ATLANTIQUE provides operational coordination and maritime support services, including urgent field work, transport coordination, port formalities, sample handling, documentation and third-party arrangements.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case and depend on the nature of the service, timing of cancellation, work already performed and costs already committed.

Non-Refundable Costs

Charges related to completed coordination work, urgent mobilization, transport, port access, customs or authority formalities, laboratory dispatch, accommodation, medical coordination, supplier costs or other third-party expenses may be non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

If a service is cancelled before substantial work or third-party cost commitment, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, coordination and incurred expenses.

How to Request a Review

Refund review requests should be sent to globalpack2atlantique@gmail.com with the service details, invoice or reference, vessel name, port and reason for the request.
